The Razor

This Genuine Olivewood handled Straight Razor celebrates the Beauty found in Nature that could never be equaled by man. Its Natural Exotic Wood handle is a true one-of-a-kind. Completely Sealed against moisture, the Olivewood handle's scales are separated by a Gold Plated spacer and are beautifully polished bringing out the wood's inner beauty. A matching Silvertip Badger Shaving Brush is also available, listed in our "Shaving Brushes" dept.

The blade begins as a Forged Surgical Stainless Steel blank that is then Ice Tempered for Hardness. Next a Master Craftsman shapes and grinds it into a 5/8 Hollow Ground semi-finished blade. Its finishing is completed by adding File Jimps to the underside of the shank, Brand Stamping the shank front and rear, and adding a 2-Color 24k Gold Etched Brand to the front of the Blade. Finally it gets it's mirrorlike polishing and sharpening.
